Is there any way to retrofit a 89 M998 with heater to a M998 with heater and AC? I found this on ebay, but I'm not sure if it will work.

Thats not even close to a hmmwv part.
Some of those guys put hmmwv, m998 on there adds to get more looks.

There isn't a way that I know of. But I think there is a kit in the works! (Hint hint)
