good non-NDT tires
I'm looking to buy non-NDT tires so that my NDT's won't wear out fast. What's the general consensus when it comes to all-around non-NDT tires? Some of my choices are Goodyear, BFGoodrich and Hankook tires. Thanks in advance for any help.

Re: good non-NDT tires
Rob, on my previous jeep, i had Nankang tyres, these proved to be excellent value for money.

Re: good non-NDT tires
Thanks for the suggestion. I ended up getting some used BFGoodrich tires from a friend.

I have several photos here of MP jeeps running with non NDT tires, just in case some one gives you a hard time.

Re: good non-NDT tires
I have a good friend that is running radial tires on his daily driver jeep.
He says he loves them. They handle and drive a whole lot better than bias ply tires.
Don't remember what brand he has.

My last 'daily driver' jeep used 215x75x15 Kuhmo 795 Touring all seasons
Same rolling radius as 600x16 & they were great in every way.

Yep. They were better times with a 4 large car garage.
2 cars, jeep, workbench & large work area.
Now down to a 2 car garage & 3 vehicles....was 4 vehicles until last week when one went through auction few weeks ago & was sold to someone in Devon UK.
The current 3rd vehicle was sold in the same auction & that is supposed to be off to Germany [when the money hits the auctioneers bank!].
Here's another picture with my then daily driver in 1969 after NAM & discharge from the military. Was setting off cross country with NDT's.
Better hubcap shot!

Re: good non-NDT tires
Those were the days !
When I got home, Mom thought I was too skinny and set out to fatten me up.
Fortunately, I kept her at bay.
Got to admit, father time is working on me now, but I think I am still doing OK for an Old Fart.
Younger women. They will either keep you young or kill you !
I'll shut up.
