Regulator

Anyone have a recommendation for a small effective 12 volt DC regulator, that is fairly easy to install inside the big original regulator case?

Gaston C Barmore has had some posted here on the "G" for sale in the past. Looked like good units. I think that he makes them. They are solid state.

Jimn,
I have three solid state voltage regulator kits remaining. $120.00 shipped USPS Priority Mail. I won't be making more once these units are sold.

Since Gaston C Barmore has run out and will not be making more, does anyone one know of a stateside alternate source?

What about using a Harley regulator inside the autolite box? Not a pure drop in, but might be easier than stuffing a my 12v Omix inside.
