Resetting SN List Lost Password
I have not been able to log into one of my vehicle's serial number page to perform an edit. I have sent numerous requests through the appropriate link to "reset the password" and they have gone unanswered. I understand that this is an automated feature so I'm curious what my issue might be? Thanks in advance!

Re: Resetting SN List Lost Password
I'm still looking for help in resetting the password to gain access to a listing on the Serial Number List. I have not received the e-mail with the link to reset my password. Can a Moderator please help me? Thanks in advance!
Make that two listings. Reminder e-mail has been received on my other listing wither. Is there something wrong with the system or can we no longer retrieve passwords for the serial number list?

Re: Resetting SN List Lost Password
The reset password link causes an email to be sent to email address stored in the record for that serial number.
The sending mechanism appears to be working. I suspect the issue is on the receiving end. Like maybe it's an email address you don't monitor anymore or the email is in a spam folder.
send me the serial number and jeep model , or the record id and I'll look into it.

Re: Resetting SN List Lost Password
I'm glad this has been posted as a topic! I'd like to reclaim my original user ID also. It's tied to an old email account that I no longer have. I've sent a PM to hopefully reestablish myself and link to my old GPW SN record (GPW 70778). Thanks - Eric

Chris, I have been checking my e-mail folders and nothing. I’ve only used one particular email address for g503.com. I don’t know what else I can do?

Re: Resetting SN List Lost Password
Hello! I have gone thru several email hosts and have asked several times for assistance to be able to edit my GPW record, SN 22192. I have no idea what my old password was, but would like to have it reset to the current forum password so I can update the record and recover some pics. Frank
